Insanely delicious Poli Kids pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza dough, approx. 400 g
- 150 g tomato passata
- 200 g grated mozzarella
- 7 slices of Poli Kids
- For garnish: cheddar slices, olives, cornichons, peppers, cherry tomatoes, mini salami, etc.
Insanely delicious Poli Kids pizza
Preparation process
1. Spread the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spoon the tomato passata over the dough and spread the mozzarella evenly, leaving a little border.
2. Cut the Poli Kids in half and arrange the slices over the dough to make a frame. Cut the chosen extras into any shapes you like to create monsters, spiders, ghosts, pumpkins, etc.
3. Bake the pizza at 220 °C for about 15 minutes.
