Corn Tortilla with minced meat and POLI

  • 500 g POLI
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 200 g onion
  • Olive oil for sautéing
  • 280 g can of corn
  • 280 g can of refried beans
  • 280 g can of tomato puree
  • 280g can of spicy salsa
  • 120 g grated cheese
  • 2 packages of corn tortillas
  • 3 dl sour cream
  • 300 g fresh lettuce
  • Vegeta seasoning
  • Salt, ground pepper

Sauté the chopped onion on olive oil until it is golden in colour. Add the minced meat, season with salt and sauté well. Add the POLI sausage, chopped into cubes and sauté until the water evaporates. Enrich the flavour with salt, pepper and Vegeta. Add the drained corn, half of the refried beans, half of the tomato puree and the spicy salsa according to your taste. Mix and add the parmesan cheese. Heat the tortillas in the oven (approximately 5 min) and fill them with the meat mixture. Decorate with fresh lettuce. If you feel you can do even better, decorate with sour cream.
