Kiwi & Zucchini Poli Cocktail

  • 40 g POLI
  • 20 g parmesan cheese
  • ¼ medium sized zucchini
  • ½ kiwi
  • 50 g young lettuce
  • 5 red radishes
  • Frying oil
  • Olive oil, apple cider vinegar
  • Salt, ground pepper

Clean the lettuce and wash it carefully. Place it on a plate and drizzle it with olive oil and vinegar. Put the red radishes, optionally cut, on the edge of the plate. Crank up your creativity! Cover the centre of the plate with sautéed POLI and zucchini slices, and use the kiwi as an element of surprise. Sprinkle all the ingredients, except the radishes and the lettuce, with some pepper and grated parmesan cheese.
