Pepper & Pickled Cucumbers Poli Spread

  • 1 Mini POLI (220 g)
  • 150 g fresh red pepper
  • 100 g pickled cucumbers
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • Salt, ground pepper

Peel the casing off the POLI sausage and cut it into tiny pieces. Another idea is to mince the sausage. Cut the pepper and the pickled cucumbers into tiny pieces (we're masters by now, right?), add sour cream, mayonnaise and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper and stir thoroughly. Place in the fridge for half an hour to cool. After 30 minutes the most impatient kids and adults can coat the bread with this delicious spread. Use herbs or spices to season the spread. If you are like it hot and spicy, add some chilli pepper, onion or garlic.
