Poli & Cream Spaghetti

  • 200 g POLI
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 80 g onion
  • 2,5 dl whipping cream
  • Chilli pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • 80 g grated parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil for sautéing
  • Salt, ground pepper

Sauté the chopped onion on olive oil until it turns translucent. Add the POLI sausage, cut into cubes. Sauté for a few minutes, pour in whipping cream, season with salt and pepper. If you wish, add a bit of chilli pepper. Boil until the cream gets thicker. In the meantime, cook the pasta (al dente), strain it and add it to the sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped parsley, stir and enjoy your meal.
