Poli, Cream & Champignon Mushrooms Spaghetti

  • 100 g POLI
  • 60 g onion
  • 2 dl cooking cream
  • 180 g sliced salty champignon mushrooms
  • Oregano, Vegeta
  • Olive oil for sautéing
  • 200 g spaghetti
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt, ground pepper

Sauté the onion on olive oil until it turns translucent. Add the champignons, Vegeta seasoning and sauté until all liquid evaporates and you can smell the mushrooms aroma. Add the POLI sausage, cut into cubes, and stir well. Add cooking cream, season with oregano, salt and pepper. Boil. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in a lot of salty boiling water and strain them. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, put on a plate, pour over the sauce and enjoy the meal.
