Poli Paprikash with Pasta

  • 500 g POLI
  • 400 g pasta (spaghetti, penne …)
  • 200 g onion
  • Chopped garlic (2 cloves)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp white flour
  • 2 tsp sweet or hot paprika
  • 400 g fresh green pepper
  • 1 dl white wine
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • Herbs according to your taste and wishes
  • ¾ l soup (bouillon), salt

Sauté the chopped onion and half of the fresh green pepper. Add the POLI sausage, cut into cubes, onion, tomato paste, flour, sweet or hot paprika and herbs. Pour in wine and soup and cook for 20 minutes until the paprikash gets quite thick. Cook the pasta in salty boiling water (al dente), and strain it. Put the pasta on a plate and cover it with the POLI paprikash. If you can still control your appetite, decorate the plate with the other half of the fresh pepper, cut into strips. Serve with fresh seasonal salad.
