Potato & Poli tortilla

45 min. using both hands
  • 100 g POLI
  • 300 g potato
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • Chopped parsley or chives
  • Marjoram
  • Salt, ground pepper

Cook the potatoes, peel them, cool them down and then cut them into cubes. Not a very demanding task, but it takes time and you need both hands, so don't hurry. Heat the margarine in a pan. Add the potatoes and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the sliced POLI sausage and stir. Now add marjoram, salt and pepper and pour over the whisked eggs. Sauté until the eggs are over hard. For the final touch, sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives.
